Hi Mark. This morning I participated in the Maple Ridge 5K
Run. Since I was a runner I was not able to participate in the
radio communications activities, but I was able to observe and
benefit from the able work performed by the Amateur Radio
communications team engaged at the event. The team of net
operators and control were obviously very well prepared with
equipment, are well practiced in communications procedures and
are strongly motivated to perform at a high level. My hat is
off to them.
